Service Appointments and Pricing

Services are provided by appointment. On-site service takes place at your home or business. Remote support appointments are available Saturday and Sunday only.

Applicable rates, minimum service charges, and any separately agreed project terms apply to your appointment. Please review our Pricing page or request pricing information before scheduling.

Subscription services, including User Friendly Security, are also subject to the plan details and subscription terms provided when you enroll.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before its scheduled start time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to the applicable minimum service fee.
